Refunds & Returns Policy

At Bloodhound Tattoo Studio, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how we handle exchanges, returns, and refunds for items bought through our website shop.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item (for example, if you ordered the wrong size), you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

To arrange an exchange, please email us at bloodhoundtattoostudio@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you’d like to swap.

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with any tags or packaging still intact. Once we’ve received and checked the returned item, we’ll send out your replacement.

Please note: return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Refunds

We don’t currently offer refunds on merchandise unless an item is faulty or has arrived damaged. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can sort it out for you quickly.

Aftercare products

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on tattoo aftercare products — even if unopened.

Important note

This Refunds & Returns Policy applies only to items purchased via our online shop.
It does not form part of the terms and conditions for tattoo bookings or deposits, which are handled separately in-studio.
